基于LabVIEW光纤模斑测量构件表面应变的方法

摘    要:提出利用多模光纤模斑测量构件表面应变的方法,分析测量原理,设计测量装置,介绍利用LabV IEW软件实现测量数据的采集、多项式拟合和应变值的计算,经实验得出测量结果,并进行了分析.结果表明:利用文中提出的方法能够实现对构件表面应变的检测,测量系统构成简单,工作可靠,具有良好的应用前景.

Abstract:A method for surface strain measurement based on the multi-mode optical fiber speckle was presented.The paper analyzed the basic theory of this method and designed the testing device.The paper also showed how to sample the data,fit the polynomial curve and compute the strain value by using the LabVIEW software.The measuring result has been obtained by experiment and its corresponding analysis were shown.The result shows that this method is suitable for surface strain measurement.The system is simple and has high work reliability and good application prospects.
