| 摘 要： | 在TWAIN规范的体系结构和工作原理基础上，利用Delphi设计了一个符合TWAIN规范的扫描仪图像采集程序，给出了系统的设计方案和图像采集部分的程序流程图，并对程序设计中的要点进行了详细的分析。

| Abstract: | The paper studies an Image-Acquiring program according with TWAIN using Delphi and introduces the structure and working flow of TWAIN. The paper also presents the total design of the project and the program flow chart of Image-Acquiring part. Finally, analysis of the crucial points in the design of this program is showed in detail. |
