DNA序列的非线性分析

摘    要:以10条真菌DNA序列为原始数据,根据序列CGR游走点的弧度值将DNA序列转换成相应的时间序列.对转换后的时间序列进行多重分形Hurst分析,10条DNA序列均具有长期记忆性;通过对表征系统混沌性质的3个统计特征量:关联维数、Kolmogorov熵和最大lyapunov指数的分析表明,10条DNA序列均呈现出混沌特性,说明DNA序列中的长期记忆性与混沌特性存在一定的对应关系.
