摘    要:设计了一种针对化工流程用压缩机的两级双通道PID气量调节控制系统用以实现稳定的压缩机输出气量控制;采用两级设定PID调节,避免了单阀在气量变化幅度较大时因开度小而发生抖动,造成气阀的损坏.该系统由触摸屏和西门子S7-300PLC控制专用调节阀构成,在参数整定的基础上实现了全自动的PID气量控制.

Abstract:Two stages and double channels for the PID capacity control system of process industrial compressor have been designed to realize the steady outlet.At the same time the two stages PID regulation can avoid the valve damage that caused by the large vary in capacity when the opening is small.This system consists of touching screen and the control unit for a special purpose of model S7-300PLC.This controller can realize the automatic PID capacity control based on the parameter complex.This controller has gained good market effect and forms batch production at present.
