微米Fe3O4增强尼龙1010的力学性能

摘    要:以尼龙1010为基体、微米氧化铁(Fe3O4)为增强剂,进行了氧化物/尼龙复合材料的拉伸、压缩、剪切和硬度实验.实验中使用电子显微镜(SEM)和激光式粒度分布仪观察、分析试件断面形貌和微米Fe3O4的颗粒尺寸分布情况;通过微观组织形貌探讨Fe3O4/尼龙复合材料的增强机理.实验结果表明:Fe3O4/尼龙复合材料的拉伸强度平均比尼龙增加了15.6%;压缩强度、弹性模量最大分别比尼龙1010提高了50.7%和100%,剪切强度最高比尼龙提高了28%,硬度比尼龙提高了18%.

Abstract:In the paper,the mechanics behaviors of nylon 1010 composite filled with Micron-Fe3O4 treated by KH-550 silane coupling agents were studied.The cross section of composite was observed and Fe3O4 grain-size was classified by SEM and Grading Analysis of Laser.The mechanics behaviors and hardness of composites were investigated through experiments.The experimental results show that Fe3O4 could effectively increase the mechanics behaviors of nylon 1010 composites.When the mass percentage of Fe3O4 was 30%,the tensile strength of the composites was 23.7% higher than nylon 1010.When it was 20%,the compressed strength was 50.7% higher than nylon 1010.It is also found that Micron-Fe3O4 could reinforce nylon composite's hardness.
