中碳钢的减摩耐磨试验

摘    要:分析了PDR抗磨剂的减摩耐磨性能,并在不同载荷和速度下对涂敷与未涂敷PDR的中碳钢试样分别进行了干摩擦试验.结果表明:与未涂敷PDR的试样相比,有PDR涂层的试样其摩擦系数低且稳定、磨损量小,且随着载荷和速度的增加抗磨作用更加显著,说明将PDR抗磨剂运用于中碳钢,其减摩耐磨的效果很好.

Abstract:In this paper,the properties of a novel PDR anti-wear protective agent has been investigated.The experiments were carried out on a tribometer under dry friction condition with variable loads at different velocities.The results showed that the friction coefficient of treated specimen are lower and more stable than those of untreated ones.Furthermore,the weight loss of PDR coating is small.This excellent anti-wear properties is particularly prominent when the load or speed increases.Therefore,it is effective to make use of PDR in friction reduction and anti-wear of medium carbon steels.
