| 摘 要： | 质量监控是提高教育质量的一个重要组成部分。要建立高效率的教学运行机制；要充分发挥教学进行过程中学生的主体作用；要建立现代教育评价体系，对成人高等教育的全过程实施动态监控；要确立正确的教育评价指导思想，建立客观科学的评价方案、公正有效的评价机构，才能遵循教育规律，构筑客观、公正、有效的教育质量监控体系，不断提高成人高等教育的教育质量。

| Abstract: | Quality control is a key component of educational management. It is necessary to construct a mechanism of educational operation with high efficiency and develop fully the dominant roles of students in the process of teaching. And we should construct an evaluation system of modern education for a dynamic control of the whole process of the adult college education, and certify the correct guiding ideology of educational evaluation syllabus. With a justified and efficient evaluation organization, we can follow the educational laws and construct objective, efficient and justified educational control system in order to improve the adult college education system progressively. |
