微乳凝胶固定化酶催化油酸丁酯的合成

摘    要:研究了以AOT(二(2—乙基已基)琥珀酸酯磺酸钠)/正庚烷/水/明胶组成的反向微乳凝胶固定化脂肪酶催化油酸和丁醇的酯化反应,分析了凝胶组成、反应温度、溶剂等因素对酯化反应的影响,得到了一种合适的体系,使油酸丁酯酯化率达90%以上。

Abstract:The paper deals with the esterification of oleic acid with n-butanol by lipase immobilization by microemulsion-based organo-gels (MBGS) which consisted of bis-(2-ethylhexyl)sodium sulphsucci-nate (AOT)/heptane/water/gelatin. Different factors affecting the esterification have also been studied in this paper. The results indicate that the ratio of esterification of butyl oleate can reach over 90% at the most suitable reaction conditions.
