基于ANSYS的塑料卡扣装配力学分析方法

摘    要:在CAD三维模型基础上利用ANSYS作为CAE分析的基本流程,以POS(Point of Sales销售点终端)机的卡扣连接为例,阐述了基于PRO/E和ANSYS9.0系统的卡扣连接分析方法和关键步骤.用ANSYS可方便地确定POS机卡扣的最大应力和应变,并可动态显示其装配过程,以检验卡扣设计的合理性.再对基于ANSYS的分析结果与简化计算公式的计算结果进行比较,结果表明对复杂的卡扣结构采用ANSYS分析方法是合适的解决方案.

Abstract:The basic flow of analysis of CAE by ANSYS was introduced in the paper on the basis of 3D model.Taking the connection of the snap-fit of POS(Point of Sales) machine for example,the way of analysis and the key process which based on the system of PRO/E and ANSYS9.0 were addressed by the article.The maximal stress and strain of snap-fit of POS machine could be easily obtained by taking advantage of ANSYS and the process of assembly can dynamically displayed so as to be used to check up the rationality of the design of the snap-fit.Both the analytical result by ANSYS and the calculated result by the simplified formula were compared to show that the analysis of the complicated structure of snap-fit based on ANSYS was a better way.
