| 摘 要： | 综述了离子液体作为脂肪酶生物催化绿色反应介质在转酯、氨解、酯化和水解等反应体系的最新研究进展,分析了离子液体对脂肪酶生物催化行为的影响.结果表明,离子液体作为绿色反应介质在生物转化工业中有着非常广阔的应用前景.由于人们对离子液体与酶相互作用机理还不甚了解,有许多关键问题需要进一步探讨.
