川南地不容的生物碱研究

摘    要:从川南地不容(Stephaniaebracteata)的块根中分离出4种生物碱.根据其理化性质及光谱数据,分别鉴定为:L-四氢巴马亭(L-tetrahydropalmatine,Ⅰ),荷苞牡丹碱(dicentrine,Ⅱ),青藤碱(sinomenine,Ⅲ),巴马亭(palmatine,Ⅳ).

Studies on the Alkaloids of Stephania ebracteata
Abstract:Most species of the Stephania which are well known in Chinese folk medicine as 'shan-wu-gui' are rich in alkaloid content.Many alkaloids exhibited widely physiological activities.In finding new natrual medical resources,a new species Stephania ebracteata was investigated.From its root,four known alkaloids have been isolated: L -tetrahydropalmatine,dicentrine,sinomenine and palmatine.The structures were identified by IR,UV and 1 HNMR analysis.
