| 摘 要： | 本文以小麦水稻为实验材料,用简便快速的方法对小麦水稻中的DNA进行分离与纯化,同时用紫外光谱进行测定,并对测定方法进行了条件试验,为小麦水稻中DNA的测定提供了经济、简便、可靠、容易掌握的方法。

| Abstract: | Before determination of DNA from wheat and rice hy ultroviolet speatrum method, DNA must be isolated and pnrified first In this paper a simple method was provided, with which one can remove most of the protein, rebonucleic acid(RNA) and other interference materials in living cell. Defferent conditions were compared by quantitative teste, the property of th sample was Kept as natural as passible duning the pretreatment, the purity of DNA, made it possible to be used in some nesearch work concerning molecular biology of gene. |
