摘    要:介绍了克里金空间插值法在城市基准地价级别划分中的应用.通过球状模型克里金插值方法,分别对商业、住宅用地的地价空间分布进行了计算模拟,形成了以地价1 500元、300元为等值间距的地价等值线图,运用克里金空间插值法对样点地价进行空间插值.根据插值结果的统计,得到商业、住宅用地地价的频率直方图,通过频率直方图,选择频率分布突变处作为级别的分界,得到以市场资料划分的土地级别.

Abstract:Spatial interpolation technology is introduced in this paper for classification for urban area. By using spherical model in Kriging, the price of commercial and residential land is calculated. It formed the isoline map of land price with a 1 500 yuan interval for commercial land use and a 300 yuan interval for residential land use. Kriging spatial interpolation technology is used to calculate the price of land through known price of the land. According to statistics of the result, the frequency histograms of the commercial and residentional land were plotted, and through the frequency histogram, the ranks of land were obtained.
