DNA主链构象与脱氧鸟苷组分构象相关性的喇曼分析

摘    要:对小牛胸腺DNA纤维样品溶解3h内的空间构象变化过程进行了喇曼光谱分析,结果显示了表征脱氧鸟苷糖环折迭不同类型的672cm^-1与683cm^-1峰的同时存在,与DNA分子主链不同特征峰的同时出现之间有着明显的联系。

Raman Spectroscopic Analyses of Conformations Relationship Between Deoxyguanosine Component and Deoxyribose-phosphate Backbone in DNA
Abstract:After added distilled water to fibers ,the Raman spectra of calf thymus DNA have been obtained for observes spatial conformation changes in the initial 3 hours.Some analytical results indicate that the relations between emergence of the characteristic lines assigned to the different sugar-ring packering types of deoxyguanosine,which contain both 672cm -1 and 683cm -1 ,and emergence of the diagnostic bands assigned to antisymmetric stretching modes of the OPO diester group,which reflect different DNA molecular main-chain helix structure ,are exist unambiguously.It is important that must have sufficient dissolution time to gain uniform B-DNA conformation molecule in aqueous solution state.
