| 摘 要： | 土地变更调查是地籍管理部门的一项重要的日常工作 .农村土地变更调查信息系统的应用为实现土地利用现状图与土地利用属性数据库的实时同步更新 ,保持地籍数据的现势性 ,加快地籍管理的信息化、智能化将起到积极的作用 ,同时也为地籍管理部门及时掌握农村土地的宏观动态变化 ,合理的进行土地规划工作提供了决策依据 .

| Abstract: | Changing investigation is one of the very important daily work of land management department.It is applied to update current land map and attribute database synchronously in order to describe real time change and keep cadastral data up dated.It enhances intellectualized and information course of cadastral management and also helps land management department to carry on land use planning according to the country land macroscopic and dynamic change. |
