| Abstract: | The oocyte of two age carassius auratus gibelio (Bloch) collected from Xingwen fish-farm in Nanjing were studied histologically and histoehemically. The characteristics and roles of the vacuoles irt the oocytes, the mode of yolk formation and the form of the micropyle apparatua were discussed and described. |
