摘    要:显示铜对鲤鱼嗜多染红细胞微核无诱发作用;低浓度镉,铬溶液中鲤鱼,随时间延长其微核率相应升高;肾组织内镉,铬残留量同其微核率呈正相关关系。2镉和铬,镉和铜间协同作用增大微核的诱发效应。

Abstract:The result shows that polychromatocytes micronuclei of carps can't be induced by copper, and polychromatocytes micronuclei frequencies of carps which we cultured in low concentrations of cadmium and chrome increase at the rise of time. The residue of cadmium and chrome in carps' kidney is well correlated with their micronuclei frequencies, and the inducation of carps' polychromatocytes micronuclei is enriched by the synergistic effect among cadmium, chrome and copper.
