力竭运动后小鼠自由基反应的动态观察

摘    要:通过实验研究了一次力竭性游泳运动后小鼠骨骼肌、肾和脑SOD、MDA及NOS的变化.发现力竭游泳后小鼠骨骼肌和肾脏的自由基反应增强,抗氧化酶活性降低,肾、脑NOS在不同时期出现显著性变化,提示脑、肾、骨骼肌的自由基损伤有不同的特点

Observation of the Free Radical Reaction in Mice aftre Exhaustive Exercise
Abstract:The changes of SOD,MDA and NOS in mice's muscle,kidney and brain aftre exhaustive swimming exercise were studied.It was found that after exhaustive swimming exercise the free radical reaction increased and the antioxidant enzymes activity decreased in both muscle and kidney.There were remarkable changes in the quantity of NOS during different post-exercise periods in mice's kidney and brain.These said above showed that the damage form of brain,kidney and muscle resulted from free Radicals was different one another.
