超氧物歧化酶对糖尿病模型大鼠血液及肾中自由基代谢的影响

摘    要:以链脲菌素诱发SD大鼠糖尿病模型,发现模型组大鼠血液及肾组织中的T—SOD、Cu·Zn—SOD水平较正常对照组大鼠下降,而LPO、MDA含量较正常对照组明显上升(P<0.01).用不同剂量和不同疗程的纯化Cu·Zn-SOD肌注治疗,能不同程度升高糖尿病模型大鼠血液及肾组织中T-SOD、Cu.Zn-SOD含量,降低LPO、MDA水平,且与SOD剂量及疗程的长短是正相关.

Abstract:The present paper reports that the levels of LPO, MDA are higher than that in normal rats',T-SOD,Cu. Zn-SOD are lower than that in normal rats' (p<0. 01 ). With different doses of SOD and different Periods in treatment, we find that large dose SOD and long period treatment can improve the condition of free radical and it's scavenger in blood and kidney of diabetic model rat.
