竹类地下茎解剖结构的研究

摘    要:本文通过对国产故生竹16属76种、5变种和16变型的地下茎的解剖结构的观察研究,描述和讨论了地下茎的一般解剖结构。地下茎中基本组织之比例明显高于地上竿,真鞭的维管束一般为半开放型,但在假鞭类型中为近圆形;地下茎髓环的存在与否和髓腔的相对大小相关。髓腔较大的具髓环,反之无髓环。根据气孔器的结构特征及其与生境的相关性,说明地下茎表皮之气孔器是具有生理功能的。

Abstract:Following the study of rhizome structures of 16 genera, 76 species, 5 varieties and 16 forms of chinese bamboos, this paper summarizes the general anatomical structure of bamboo rhizomes. In the rhizome, the ratio of parenchyma is higher than that is in the culm. Thetype of vascular bundle in true rhizome is semi-open, but it is subcircular in "false rhizome". The existence of pith-ring correlates with the comparative size ratio of pith cavity, there is pith-ring in the big cavity and no pith-ring in the small one. According to the relation between the characters of the stomatal apparatus and their habitats, it indicates that the stomatal apparatus in the epidermis of rhizome possesses the physiological function of respiration.
