摘    要:研究了 Cr6 污染对莼菜冬芽茎尖细胞中核、线粒体、高尔基体、质体、细胞质壁等超微结构的影响 .Cr6 污染对莼菜冬芽茎尖细胞毒害的结果显示 :核发生变形、线粒体出芽或破裂、高尔基体膨胀或消失、前质体破裂 ,质体结构破坏、质体中淀粉粒增大 ,细胞产生质壁分离 ,胞质发生转移 .进而影响到细胞的整体功能 ,造成细胞损伤以至死亡 .

Abstract:This article mainly deals with the effect of Cr 6 pollution on the ultramicroscopic structure of Nuclei, Mitochondria, Golgi apparatus, Palisade tissue, plasmolysis in top stem cell of Brasenia schreberi Gmel. The results of damaging effect of Cr 6 pollution on Brasenia schreberi Gmel showed that the form of Nuclei changed, Mitochondria ruptured or budded, Golgi apparatus slacked or disappeared, Proplastid ruptured, the structure of Palisade tissue damaged, the volume of starch in Palisade tissue increased greatly, plasmolysis took place in cell and, these affected cell's function in all and finally damadged or destroyed the cell.
