摘    要:为了提升PC机存储性能,用硬件方法在PC机存储系统的硬盘存储层次加速存取.经过分析,硬盘的性能瓶颈在于随机访问时间,即寻道时间与旋转延迟时间之和.用闪存作为存储介质缩短了寻道时间,合理避免了旋转延迟时间,以JMF612为主控芯片的闪存固态盘替代硬盘在存储层次中系统盘的功能.测试试验结果表明:JMF612为主控芯片的固态...
