| Abstract: | This paper discusses the principles of and approaches to communication management in the process of design alteration from the perspective of construction units.A communication management model for design changes that occur in the course of construction is established.Furthermore,two methods,i.e.value engineering and Pareto optimality are employed to explore an efficient communication method and management modes in design alteration,with a view to rationalizing design alteration costs. |
