非线性系统的神经网络逆模型控制

摘    要:利用神经网络逼近任意非线性的能力 ,将其与非线性逆系统相结合 ,对非线性系统的逆模型进行建模 ,对实现的伪线性系统设计自适应控制进行综合 ,动态神经网络在线消除系统的近似逆误差和正向模型的辨识误差 ,设计权值调整规律为 w∧·=-λ·eTPbΦ(r ,r· ,v)‖e‖ p >E0‖e‖ p >E,仿真结果表明其有效 .

Abstract:Because they have the ability to approximate any nonlinear system with randomly given concision, neural networks are used to approximate the inversion model. The pseudo-linear system has been synthesized by self-adaptive control where a RBF neural network has been applied to approximate the forward model and another network to compensate on line the errors from inversion approximation and forward model identification. The training rule for setting weight has been presented and the simulation results show that the proposed approach is satisfactory.
