紫外辐照官能化LLDPE对PA66/LLDPE体系相容性改善的研究

摘    要:在空气中 ,线型低密度聚乙烯 (LLDPE)通过紫外光辐照后氧以C =O、C -O、OH等基团形式被引入到分子链上。采用FT -IR、凝胶测定、MFR测定和水的接触角测定等方法研究了空气中紫外辐照对LLDPE化学结构和性能的影响。结果表明 :LLDPE分子链上含氧基团的引入量随辐照时间延长而增加 ,其膜的亲水性也相应增强。同时用SEM、Molau实验和力学性能测试等方法研究了官能化的LLDPE对PA6 6 /LLDPE共混体系的界面作用和相容性的影响。结果表明 :共混物体系微相之间的界面作用增强 ,两相的相容性得到明显改善 ,共混体系的力学性能有较大幅度的提高

Abstract:Oxygenic groups such as C=O, C-O, and OH are introduced onto the molecular chains of linear low density polyethylene (LLDPE) through ultraviolet irradiation in air. The effects on LLDPE properties and its molecular structure have been studied by means of FT-IR, Gel test, melt flow rate (MFR) test, water contact test, etc. The results show that the concentration of these groups increases with irradiation time, and the hydrophilicity of LLDPE films is improved too. In addition, an attempt has been made to study on the structure and properties of PA66/LLDPE blends and PA66/ LLDPE/irradiated LLDPE blends through SEM, Molau test and mechanical properties test. The results show that the interfacial interaction and compatibility between PA66 and LLDPE have been improved obviously, and the mechanical properties of PA66/irradiated LLDPE/LLDPE (80/5/15) blends are greatly improved owing to the introduced oxygenic groups.
