车载电传动控制电路故障诊断系统的设计

摘    要:为了对车载电传动控制电路所产生的故障进行判断,指导维修人员正确维修.设计并制造了以便携式工业控制计算机为核心的便携式现场故障诊断装置.文章还简要介绍了控制电路的工作原理,动静态故障检测电路设计及软件模块.便携式一体化的设计满足了车载控制电路现场维护的需要.

Abstract:In order to check the faults caused by electronic elements of electric drive system based on vehicle correctly, and guide maintenance persons to repair the circuits rapidly,the authors designed and made a portable device for on-spot fault diagnosis. The equipment was based on an industrial control computer.The working principles of both the electric drive system and faults checking methods were also presented. The design meets the demands of field maintenance of electric drive system based on vehicle.
