摘    要:技术熟练农民工频繁跳槽给企业生产经营带来不良影响,组织支持与农民工的组织承诺之间是对等交换关系,增加农民工的组织承诺就必须增加组织支持.利用改进算法的BP神经网络对组织支持与农民工组织承诺的交换过程建立模型,实践证明该模型具有较高的预测精度,可以为企业中农民工组织承诺的定量预测提供参考.

Abstract:Skilled migrant workers’ job hopping produces negative impacts on production and management of enterprises. There exists an exchange relationship between organizational support and migrant workers’ organizational commitment. That is to say,an increase in the commitment implies growth in support.This paper proposes a model for the exchange process between organizational support and migrant workers’ organizational commitment by using the improved back propagation(BP) neural network.The model proves to be highly accurate in prediction and therefore can be used for enterprises to predict migrant workers’ organizational commitment.
