液压支架增大拉架力减小推溜力的新途径

摘    要:随着液压支架功能及架型的不断发展,提高拉架力已势在必行,另外,除工作面端头支架需增大推溜力外,一般在支架中部均需减小推溜力。根据液压基础理论,重点在液压元件及油路上较好的地解决了上述问题,并使油缸结构简化,维修量减少,系统节能也较为显著。

Abstract:With the continuous development of the function and type of powered support,it is necessary to increase pull support force.Moreover generally push conveyor force needs to decrease in the middle supports except the ending supports.By the basic theory of hydraulic pressure,the above problems are solved to put the main point on hydraulic element and oil line,which makes oil cylinder structure more simple,amount of maintaining work less and saves system energy.
