脉冲频率对钛合金微弧氧化膜/环氧树脂结合强度的影响

摘    要:采用微弧氧化法在钛合金表面制备了氧化物陶瓷膜,研究了脉冲频率对膜层组织形貌及膜层/环氧树脂结合强度的影响。用剪切法测试氧化膜与环氧树脂之间的结合强度,通过SEM等研究了陶瓷膜剪切前后表面形貌的变化。结果表明:陶瓷膜表面的微孔直径、粗糙度随微弧氧化脉冲频率的增大而减小。陶瓷膜/环氧树脂的结合强度随脉冲频率的增加先是快速上升,当脉冲频率增加至400Hz时膜层的结合强度达到最高56.9MPa,随后结合强度逐渐下降并趋于平缓。

Abstract:Micro-arc oxidation ceramic coatings were formed on titanium alloy surface by micro-arc Oxidation(MAO) using an ACpower supply.The effect of pulse frequency on themicrostructure and bonding strength of coating/epoxy resin were studied.The shearing test was employed to determine the bonding strength of coating/epoxy resin.SEMwasemployed to characterize the surface morphologyof the coatingsbefore and after the shearing test.The results show that during micro-arc oxidation as the frequency increased,the pores size decreased,so did the surface roughness.The bonding strength of coating/epoxy resin increased with increasing frequency,and reached a maximum value of 56.9 MPa at 400Hz,then decreased gradually up to a relative stable value.
