摘    要:针对掘进通风瓦斯超限严重,监控能力薄弱的现状,在对掘进通风瓦斯超限的通风、地质等主要原因素进行了分析,建立了瓦斯超限的灾害模型;根据井上和井下实时监测实际需求,建立了基于PLC和组态王的掘进通风瓦斯超限实时检测、诊断、报警和控制井下井上一体化的总体解决方案,搭建了基于PLC的井下监控和报警系统硬件平台,开发了基于组态王的井上远程监控和报警软件系统。最后对软硬件原型系统进行了集成测试和完善,测试结果表明,系统运行可靠稳定,操作简单,灵敏度高,可以实现井下井上一体化的掘进通风监控和报警功能。

Abstract:For the status of gas excessive and inadequate monitoring technique in head face of coal mine,major factors such as ventilation and geology for gas concentration excessive in heading face are analysised,the hazard model of gas concentration excessive is established,according to the demand of ground and underground in coal mine,an overall scheme of gas concentration excessive detection,diagnosis,alarm and control system based on PLC and Kingview is established,the hardware platform of monitoring and alarm system for underground in coal mine is designed based on PLC,remote monitoring and alarm system are developed based on Kingview.The software and hardware systems is stable,reliable,simple and high sensibility,which an integrated function is achieved for both ground and underground in coal mine.
