| 摘 要： | 分析了影响分层处理效率的主要因素,提出了基于三角形面片特征的快速排序算法、轮廓线快速生成算法和快速分层算法,并在此基础上开发了基于STL模型的快速分层处理软件.大量实际应用结果表明,该软件高效、稳定、可靠.

| Abstract: | Slicing process has great effect on the efficiency of rapid prototyping. In this paper, the factors affecting the slicing efficiency are analyzed. The rapid sorting algorithm based on triangular facets features is presented, and the quick contour generating algorithm and the rapid slicing algorithm are proposed. Based on the algorithms, a rapid slicing software is developed. Many applications demonstrate that the software is highly efficient, stable and reliable. |
