| 摘 要： | 为防止煤炭自燃,采用隔氧性能优良的聚乙烯醇(PVA)为基料,添加改性剂、促凝剂和发泡剂制备了PVA隔氧泡沫材料,并对其隔氧性能和稳定性进行了研究.实验得到最优的PVA隔氧泡沫材料配方(wB％)为:94.81％水、4％ PVA,1％改性剂A,0.15％促凝剂B和0.04％3#发泡剂；模拟煤炭堆储条件,对聚乙烯醇隔氧泡沫材料的隔氧性能和稳定性进行了40d测定.结果表明,此PVA隔氧泡沫材料能有效阻隔氧气进入,使箱体中氧气浓度从21％降至5％以下,并且实验前后PVA隔氧泡沫材料状况良好,无破损.
