摘    要:简要描述了我国煤炭企业安全生产监控系统的发展及现状,并针对当前我国煤炭企业安全生产监控系统中存在的问题和不足,提出了一种结合GIS技术的分布式多层体系结构的远程监控系统模型,解决了煤炭监测系统多级联网监测的问题,在保证煤矿企业安全生产信息网络化、透明化的同时,大大提高了煤矿企业的安全生产水平和安全生产监督力度,为煤矿安全生产监测系统发展指出了一条前进之路。

Abstract:The development and present conditions of the monitoring system for the safety production in coalmining enterprises are briefly described and in view of its existing problems and shortcomings,a distributed hierarchy-based model for the remote monitoring system combining with GIS was proposed.It has solved the compatibility and multilevel networking problems of various kinds of monitoring equipment and greatly raised the level and monitoring strength of the safety production of coalmining enterprises at the same time of ensuring the networking and transparence of the safety production information,thus opening up a road to the development of the safety production of coalmining enterprises in China.
