穿越细砂层巷道注浆加固方案实验研究

摘    要:在分析下峪口煤矿巷道砂层砂样物性指标的基础上,通过室内注浆试验对硅酸凝胶材料注浆加固细砂的可行性进行了分析;并分别研究了浆液注浆量、配比方案、龄期以及速凝剂对细砂加固效果的影响,总结出了注浆量、浆液配比方案、速凝剂及龄期对细砂加固效果影响的规律.结果显示,穿越细砂层巷道采用注浆加固方案是合理可行的.

Abstract:Based on analyzing the roadway sand properties in Xiayukou mine, through the indoor test on silicic acid gel grouting material to analyze the feasibility of fine sand. And the effect of slurry grouting quantity, proportion, age as well as the accelerator of fine sand on reinforcement effect is elaborated. Regularity of the grouting amount, size, proportion of accelerator and age strengthening effect on the fine sand was determined. The results show, through the fine sand tunnel grouting reinforcement scheme is reasonable and feasible.
