| 摘 要： | 细丝直径的精密测量一直受到人们的广泛重视和研究，本文提供的衍射法是一种有效的测量方法。介绍了一种采用激光单缝衍射法对细丝在线精密测量的方法和系统，阐述了其测量原理。给出了在线精密测量中噪声的消除、数据信号的快速采集、以及数据的软件处理等的具体方法。

| Abstract: | Precision measurement of the diameter of thin thread is always widely considered and studied. Diffraction method in the paper is an efficient measurement method. The method and system of on-line precision measurement of thin thread using laser diffraction are presented and its measuring principle is elaborated. Method of removing noise, high-speed data acquisition and software processing of data is showed. |
