支承压力高峰位置的现场确定方法

摘    要:研究和确定采场周围支承压力高峰位置,对于确定回采工作面的停采线及区段煤柱的大小起着非常重要的作用。本文以现场实测研究结果为主,结合有限元和相似材料模拟研究结果,对煤体中支承压力高峰位置进行了研究。认为支承压力高峰位置至煤壁的距离主要受开采深度、顶板岩层的容重、煤体的单向抗压强度、煤层的采高、老顶周期来压步距等的影响,并给出了其计算式。现场可以根据地质条件及开采条件事先进行估算。代入计算式即可求出支承压力高峰的位置,计算结果与实际情况吻合较好。

Abstract:To study and determine the position of peak abutment around a working face is very important for determining the stop line and the size of chain pillar. Based on the results measured in field and combined with the results obtained in the researches of similar material and finite element simulations, the position of peak abutment is studied in the paper. The distance from the rib to the position of peak abutment is mainly affected by the mining depth, volume weight of roof strata, uniaxial compression strength of coal, mining height of coal seam and the interval distance at cyclie compression from main roof. These relative parameters estimated according to the geologic and mining conditions are substituted in the formula given in the paper for calculating the position of peak abutment. The calculating results are well coincident with that obtained in field.
