MCM-41介孔分子筛吸附分离瓦斯组分的分子模拟研究

摘    要:以自制的MCM-41介孔分子筛为原型,采用圆柱型孔结构模型对CH4,N2,CO2及其多组分混合物在MCM-41介孔分子筛上的吸附行为进行了GCMC模拟。探讨了单组分、双组分和三组分气体在吸附材料上的吸附量随吸附压力变化规律及吸附、分离特征。结果表明,3种组分在吸附材料上的最大吸附量分别为3.75,2.6和7.54mmol/g;CO2/N2,CH4/CO2和CH4/N2的最大分离系数分别为10.4,4.33和3.5.等摩尔3组分混合气体吸附时,CO2在吸附相中被浓缩,CH4和N2在气相中得到适当富集。

Abstract:On the basis of the self-made MCM-41 mesoporous molecular sieve,the adsorption behaviors of the gases CH4,N2,CO2 and their multi-phase mixtures on MCM-41 are simulated by the GCMC simulation,using cylindrical pore model.The adsorption capacity and separation characteristics of the gases is discussed on the absorbent with the pressure.The results showed that the maximum adsorption amount of the CH4,N2 and CO2 on the absorbent is respectively 3.75 mmol/g,2.6 mmol/g and 7.54 mmol/g,and the maximum separation f...
