摘    要:设计了能够提供多种气调保鲜实验条件的实验装置,并以西乡樱桃为实验对象介绍了相应的实验方法,结果表明:该装置经济实用,操作方便,能有效的克服目前国内外水果、蔬菜,以及其它农副产品保鲜研究存在的周期长、成本高的问题,促进保鲜研究的快速发展。

Abstract:An experimental apparatus is designed and constructed for controlled.atmosphere storage. With that multiple experimental conditions can be achieved and the corresponding experiment method introduced with Xi Xiang cherry as experiment sample. The results shows that the equipment simple in structure, low in cost, and convenient in operation,which can resolve the issues of research of fresh-holding storage for fruits, vegetables and other farmer plants home and abroad, such as period long, the cost high, and accelerate the development of research in controlled atmosphere storage.
