摘    要:矿井瓦斯中CH4与N2和CO2的有效分离是解决低浓度瓦斯回收利用的技术关键为此,利用自制的吸附装置,研究了CH4,N2,CO2及其两相混合物在MCM -41介孔分子筛上的吸附、分离特征结果表明,MCM -41对CO2的吸附选择性最好,CH4次之,N2最差1∶1 mol两相混合气体吸附时,CO2/N2的分离系数最大,其次为CH4/N2,而CH4/CO2在测试压力下无有效分离作用;较低的吸附压力有利于CO2和N2以及CH4和N2的分离

Abstract:The effective separations between CH4 and N2,and CO2 is a key technology for the recovery and utilization of the low-concentration gas.The adsorption and separation performance of the CH4,N2 and CO2,and their two-phase mixtures on the MCM-41 molecular sieve are studied using the absorption-made device.The results showed that the adsorptive selectivity of the CO2 on the MCM-41 is the best,the CH4 followed,and the N2 worst.For 1:1 mol two-phase mixed gas,the separation factor between CO2 and N2 is the largest...
