复合涂层的不粘和耐磨性能研究

摘    要:利用变频调速回转式冲蚀磨损机,通过测量失重研究了Fe、Al2O3、石墨填充的不粘耐磨复合涂层的浆体磨损性能,通过涂层接触角的测量研究其不粘性能。通过正交试验获得最佳配方,并对这种复合涂层的性能进行了分析。结果表明:此复合涂层具备了耐磨粒磨损和防粘等优良的综合性能。

Abstract:The author studied the slurry erosion wear characteristics and non-adhesive characteristics of EP/PTFE composite coating which filled with Fe, Al2O3 and Graphite by using a slurry erosive wear testing device made by the author, The optimal analysis was obtained and the characteristics of composite coating was tested. Experimental results show that the composite coating have a good comprehensive properties of abrasion-resistant and non-adhesive characteristics.
