| 摘 要： | 土木工程类的高校毕业生逐年增加,毕业生间的竞争更加激烈,如何提高学生的就业率和就业途径是各个高校都必须面对的现实。本文通过目前就业中和实践教学中存在的问题,分析了造成就业难的原因,并提出相应对策,以加强学生实践活动的方法,提高学生的综合素质,增加毕业生的竞争力。

| Abstract: | The number of graduates in civil engineering has increased year by year and the competition between graduates is fiercer. Colleges and universities must consider how to improve the employment rate and ways of students. This paper refers to the problems existing in employment and analyzes why it is difficult to find employment. Accordingly, solutions to these problems are provided to increase students＇ practice, improve students＇ comprehensive quality and increase the competitiveness of graduates. |
