碳纤维加固钢筋混凝土开孔平板的试验

摘    要:设计了碳纤维加固钢筋混凝土开孔平板的试验.通过试验,比较了加固前后的钢筋混凝土开孔平板的开裂荷载、极限荷载、破坏形态和变形性能,以及不同开孔位置和不同碳纤维层数对加固后板性能的影响,并从断裂力学角度对试验过程进行了理论分析.试验结果表明:采用碳纤维加固提高了开孔平板的开裂荷载、极限荷载和刚度,改变了裂缝的扩展形态.板最终的破坏形态主要是受压区混凝土压碎和碳纤维剥离,因此保证粘结面的粘结强度很重要。

Abstract:Experiment was designed to investigate the strengthening of concrete flat plates with opening using externally bonded CFRP. The cracking load, ultimate load, breaking forms and stiffness of the strengthened flat plates were compared with those of the unstrengthened flat plate. The result of the experiment was analyzed with theories of fracture. The result showed that the cracking load, ultimate load and stiffness of the concrete flat plates strengthened with externally bonded CFRP all increased greatly. The breaking forms of the flat plates are mainly that concrete broke in compression and CFRP separated from concrete. Therefore, the intensity of adhesive is very important for strengthening.
