基于二维温度场理论的激光淬火工艺参数研究

摘    要:基于激光淬火的二维温度场理论 ,通过对温度场分布公式的拟合简化 ,推导出激光淬火淬硬层理论宽度及深度计算公式 ,讨论了产生最大淬硬层深度和宽度的条件 从理论上说明了激光淬火工艺参数对淬硬层深度和宽度的影响 在对QT80 0 - 2进行的激光淬火实验中 ,淬火硬化层实测宽度和深度的实验值与理论计算值之间的误差大约为 1 0 % ,得到了令人满意的结果

Abstract:Basing on the 2-D temperature field theory of laser quenching, this paper induces calculating formula of the width and the depth of hardened layer by the formula of the 2-D temperature field distribution adjusted and simplified. The conditions are discussed which lead to the maximum depth and width of hardened layer by laser quenching. Furthermore, we discuss theoretically the parametric influence of laser quenching on the depth and width of hardened zone. In the experiment of the laser quenching QT800-2, the error of the depth and width of hardened layer between the experimental value and the theoretical calculating value is about 10%. Satisfactory results are obtained.
