探索招收和培养社会在职研究生的有效途径

笔者分析了在改革不断深入，市场经济不断发展的新形势下，社会对高层次人才的特殊需求，同时指出传统的研究生招生和培养模式已难以完全适应社会的需要，必须不断改革完善，开辟研究生招生的新途径，多招收社会在职研究生，并制订出与市场经济发展相适应的招收方式和培养方案，以培养出具有创造能力、组织能力、应变能力和竞争能力的社会工程型新一代高级跨世纪人才。

Exploration of Effective Approach to Enrollment and Cultivation of Post-graduates at Their Posts

The author analyzes the demands for the qualified personnel at high-er level by the society under the new situation of deepening reform and constant development of market economy. It is pointed out that the conventionalenrollment and cultivation of the post-graduates is difficuIt to meet the require-ments of the society, that through constant reform and perfection, the new ap-proaches to enrollment of post-graduates must be opened up so as to cultivate more post-graduates and that the way of enrollment and the schame of cultiva-tion must be worked out which will adapt to the development of market econo-my to cultivate a new generation of qualified senior engineering personnel with creative,organizing,competitive abilities and adaptability.
