采油设备用三种摩擦副的耐磨性试验研究

摘    要:介绍了采油设备用三种磨擦副的耐磨性试验,分析并相互比较了试验结果.38CrMoAl表面氮化摩擦副的耐磨性相对较差,PSZ陶瓷复合面组成的摩擦副,陶瓷复合面面积比越大,耐磨性越好,但陶瓷用量多,加工费时,成本增加.

Abstract:The wearability of three kinds of friction pair used in oil extraction equipment is experimentally investigated.The experimental results are analyzed and compared.The wearability of 38CrMoAl nitriding friction pair is relatively poor.As for the friction pair consisting of PSZ ceramic complex surface,the larg-er its area ratio,the better the wearability,but the more ceramic it contains and the more difficultly it is manufactured,and the more its cost.
