摘    要:鱼油中二十碳五烯酸(EPA)和二十二碳六烯酸(DHA)的提取、分离技术的两大发展方向为精制浓缩天然鱼油和制取高纯度EPA和DHA单体.本文对其纯化技术的研究现状和进展进行了综合评述.

Abstract:The two major technological trends in the extraction and separation of Eicosapentaenoic Acid (EPA ) and Docosahexaenoic Acid (DHA ) of fishoils are refinement of enriched natural fish oils and preparation of high purity ofEPA and DHA. The authors review the purification of them.
