下切式节能旋耕刀正切刃面设计研究

摘    要:按照旋耕刀正切刃面沿等高截面基本等负荷切土这一条件,推导建立了切土曲线微分方程组。为用切土曲线沿刃口曲线扫描形成具有良好节能效果的正切刃面,借鉴犁体曲面设计理论,讨论了在扫描成形过程中,控制切土曲线形状的诸设计参数的取值问题。

Abstract:On the basis of the requirement that the whole contour line of the rotary-blade the scoop-surface till soil approximately with equi-load, a system of differential equations is derived for soil-cutting curves. The soil-cutting curves are used as generatrix curves to form the scoop-surface by a scanning method along the edge-curve which acts as a directrix curve. The formation of the scoop-surface with the scaning method minimizes soil-cutting energy consumption. With reference to moldboard plow bottom surface design theory, the shape controlling parameters of the soil-cutting curve are discussed.
