| 摘 要： | 采用Ｘ－射线衍射方法研究了四方相氧化锆多晶（ＴＺＰ）陶瓷中的物相，提出了应用四方相氧化锆（Ｔ－ＺｒＯ２）双谱线峰强度比Ｉ（２００）／Ｉ（００２），计算ＴＺＰ陶瓷中立方相氧化锆（Ｃ－ＺｒＯ２）含量的Ｘ－射线定量相分析方法．通过力学性能测试进一步验证了Ｃ－ＺｒＯ２的存在对ＴＺＰ陶瓷断裂韧性Ｋ１ｃ和抗折强度的影响．

| Abstract: | A detailed analysis of the phases in the tetragonal zirconia polycrystals (TZP) ceramic material is carried out by using X-ray diffraction proposed is a new method, X-ray quantitative phase analysis for calculating the CZrO2 content in TZP ceramic material in comparison with the double diffractionpeak intensity. It has been verified that the C-ZrO2 present in TZP affects themechanical properties of TZP ceramic materials. |
