葛根总黄酮微波辅助萃取技术

摘    要:对葛根渣进行微波辅助处理,考察微波作用对葛根总黄酮提取量的影响.试验中以总黄酮的提取量为考察对象,重点以微波功率、微波作用时间、乙醇体积分数、固液比和浸泡次数等单因素对葛根总黄酮提取量的影响进行试验.结果表明:用微波中高火挡对葛根原料辅助萃取处理1min后,体积分数为75%的乙醇浸提两次,得到的葛根总黄酮提取量比较理想.

Abstract:Microwave-assisted extracting was used in extracting flavonoids from Radix Pueraria. Five factors including the microwave power, the reacting time, the concentration of alcohol, the ratio of sample to (liquor) and the times of extracting were studied by taking the rate of flavonoids extracting as target. The results show that the best way to get flavone is: Radix Pueraria were processed under the mid-strong power for 1 minute, then extracted two times in 75% alcohol.
