| 摘 要： | 初步讨论了影响金属型非合金化奥-贝球铁性能的主要工艺因素——含锰量、奥氏体化时间和等温时间。在试验条件下,含锰量为0.56％,奥氏体化时间60分钟和等温时间90分钟时的综合性能最佳,φ20试棒加工的试样σ_b=1066N/mm~2,δ=3.26％。预计进一步延长等温时间将有利于性能的提高.
